Chilli Surfboards have been around for over 20 years and their heritage really goes back to the mid 90’s when James Cheal started sweeping up in a surfboard factory in northern Sydney. It wasn’t long before he started shaping, and Chilli Surfboards was born.

With team riders like Balaram Stack now riding Chilli, it was only logical that more East Coast designs would be emerging from James’ shaping bay. Although Chilli’s home base is Warriewood, Australia our boards will all be coming from their US manufacturing base in California. American Made. ​

We will mainly be stocking a new shape from them- The Fire Chief. Specifically aimed at the East Coast it is a shorter, thicker, wider small wave killing machine. Along with that we will be stocking a couple different higher performance/ standard shortboard models from them. The Peri Peri- an all around standard shortboard is one of their flagships and we expect great things from it. They also have a sweet little twin in their lineup called the Super that you may see in the shop a little further down the line.
