Verified orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours. Please allow 4 - 7 business days for delivery. Your shipping & handling charge is based on the total amount of your purchase.
We do not ship orders outside of the United States.
If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, a refund will be automatically issued back to your credit card or PayPal account within 2 - 3 business days.
All items purchased from McKevlin's Surf Shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.
If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on the invoice. We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to South Carolina.

Returns
Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within 30 days of the original shipping date. All returned items must include a Return Authorization number printed on the outside of the package. You may obtain a Return Authorization number by calling 843-588-2247, 10 AM to 5:30 PM EST. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and must be free of any signs of wear or abuse. Refunds are made for product value only excluding any shipping or handling charges.
