This is a re-make of Tom Curren's favorite board - the one he defeated Occy on at the 1985 Bell's contest to win the world title. It's thicker and wider than your standard high-performance shortboard. This one has hard, edgey, unforgiving rails from tail to nose - not for the intermediate surfer. It's designed primarily for good waves, but it can work extremely well in our surf; just ask Glenn Tanner.
